Summary:

The initial expansion the system prompt for the bug bounter agent to increase the coverage and specificity of tests.
The performance of the bug bounter agent should be significantly improved as a result.

Why:

Being more specific and telling the agent all the tests it needs to perform removes their "guessing" or "vibing" on what tests they should perform.

Testing:

N/A (prompt-only change)

Notes:

This is the first iteration and I will further expand/improve/optimize it as I experiment.
