I'm starting small with design. This is targets the navbar and home page. I'm going to start tackling each page at a time since some of the CSS is inline the React components, which I'll eventually refactor to scale better if pages are added in the future. |

We're looking to use the same look-and-feel (theme) as the WP site. I'm leaning on the color scheme of the old site. This can merge with #1 and resolve #9.
