Add Aider (aider-acp)

Adds aider-acp to the registry. This is a community bridge that brings Aider to ACP-compatible IDEs.

I tracked the CI failure to packaging constraints for aider-acp. The registry requires a published install target with an explicit version, and currently there is no npm package available yet (plus @latest is rejected by validation).

So to keep this PR unblocked, I moved the entry to _not_yet_unsupported for now. I also opened an upstream issue with concrete publish steps so I can switch it back as soon as it is released: jorgejhms/aider-acp#3

As soon as an official versioned package is published, I will move it back into the main registry path and pin the exact version in this PR.
