The cert-manager API changed from ObjectReference to IssuerReference. This updates the generated deepcopy code and CRDs to match. Changes: - Update zz_generated.deepcopy.go to use IssuerReference - Update CRD description for issuerRef field - Sync Helm chart CRDs Fixes Check integrity CI failure in PR #187. This PR removes the support for istio ingress and instead adds a new ingress type: envoygateway based on https://gateway.envoyproxy.io/
