feat: show save button directly when editing configs

Description

When editing configs, clicking the airplane button pops up the action menu, which contains only one button (save). This PR updates the da-title component to:

• Display the save button directly to bypass the airplane, saving a click
• Disable the save button until there are changes to the config sheet

Other changes:

• Updated the buttons to have a pointer cursor to indicate they're clickable
