PHPStorm is an excellent piece of software but it's default keymap sucks balls. I've forked this from ekaragodin and am changing it to reflect missing shortcuts in his version. I'm working from OSX so this file will reflect that only. Use at your own risk. No guarantees.
Copy Sublime.xml to config directory.
e.g. Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/WebIde100/keymaps
