Fix lint issues after pluginId removal

Summary

• add missing type assertions and formatting fixes across the blog plugin API/routes so eslint stops flagging unsafe arguments
• update the docs app components to respect the new lint rules (sorted imports, no forwardRef, typed params) and keep the animated beam refs working
• rerun lint to ensure the repo is clean after the pluginId architectural change
