Closing as superseded. Issue #161 is already closed, this PR is conflicted, and the CI/workflow setup in develop has since been reworked (current .github/actions/version-management + .github/actions/check-version-labels, updated workflow files). If we still need anything specific from here, we should reintroduce it in a new PR against the current workflows. |
