This PR updates the echarts library to the latest version, as well as updating the widget to version 2 (dependent on PR Wirecloud/wirecloud#534).
It also adds a preference to allow merging incoming data instead of replacing it, as well as adding output endpoints for events fired in the chart, which may be useful to update other widgets while the user hovers or clicks on the data. Tests have been added for this feature.
