This PR:

  • Allows pre-release versions like 2.0.0-beta.1 as minimum, maximum and version members of a manifest - closes Support pre-release versions as min and max versions #1494
  • Bumps the Zigbee adapter add-on to version 2.0.0 with a minimum gateway version of 2.0.0-beta.1, which will be the first test of this feature
