1) Настроил глобальное состояние приложения с использованием Redux Toolkit.
2) Подключил работу с API через RTK Query (postsApi, commentsApi, albumsApi, todosApi, photosApi, usersApi)
3) Сгенерировал набор переиспользуемых редукторов и селекторов для управления нормализованными данными в хранилище createEntityAdapter через slice ( postSlice, userSlice)
4) Реализовал инвалидацию, кэширование и загрузку по userId и postId
