Enables saving of network filtering settings for authenticators, allowing management of net_filtering attributes via REST API. Supports improved configuration and security control.

This pull request makes a minor update to the
Authenticatorsmodel handler by adding thenet_filteringfield to the list of fields that can be saved. This allows thenet_filteringattribute to be included when saving authenticator objects.Dev Explain
When we clicked save in the network filtering settings, the change was not saved or it reverted to the default.
