Adding more operations | Refactor Execution

Resolved:

• manually interpolate all placeholders to log errors in logic #58
• pylint and pytest should not be optional dependencies #54

Updates:

• updated routines, params, operations, and endpoint data models
• added new operations to the routine: JS Evaluation Operation, Download Operation, and UI operations
• refactored routine execution (defined at the routine/operation level)
• refactored cdp module
• added new data utils
• updated unit tests
• refactored the SDK to use new data models and refactored code
• wrote a new quickstart.py that uses the SDK directly, this makes it easier to test the sdk!
