Preemptive support for image streams and better reinit functionality

This release just adds support for eye and lip image streams for an upcoming vrcft update, as well as includes @regzo2's better error handling PR which should help those with vive wireless or a faulty cable with more reliable reinitializations.

Hotfix for people who moved their sranipal install

Hotfix for people who moved their sranipal install AFTER install. We now assume the default install directory if the registry key cannot be found, and then we assume the default version if we cannot find the file there

Fix for different sr_runtime install dirs

Didn't even know you could install sr runtime anywhere else, but I was mistaken!

Fix for Vive Focus 3

This new update automatically chooses which DLLs to use depending on your version of sranipal, hence supporting the new VIVE focus 3 tracking libs.
