- Adds some conference updates to the newsletter
- Updates the upcoming conference entry on the events page - Renames our conference.md to conference.html, since we are only using HTML - Updates the row div to only allow 1 column for mobile, 2 for slightly larger, and 3 for a desktop view; otherwise 4 were being displayed on desktop - Updates the USRSE'26 conference entry to include the new theme and sub head
