This adds autostaple for square grids only. Honeycomb grids are still a WIP.

Description
This implementation adds AutoStaple from
cadnano2. However, it is not fully tested and does not properly implement honeycomb grids.Related Issue
This fixes #317.
Motivation and Context
This makes it so that when AutoStaple is ran, we do not need to run a request to a remote server, which translates it to cadnano2 files, runs autostaple, then re-translates it back to scadnano files.
