This change updates Gradle to 9.2.1, Apache Commons Lang3 to 3.20.0, and it configures the daemon toolchain feature. This makes using Gradle much easier. If the JDK used for Gradle isn't the correct one, if JAVA_HOME isn't set, or any other common roadblocks occur, this feature will just grab the needed JDK to run Gradle so nothing has to manually be done on your end.
