Formalizes the "Prime Invariant Document" (A0) for the TrueAlphaSpiral architecture. Expands the "Process Science" and "Computational Masonry" sections with strict operational and engineering language, explicit testable invariants, and incorporates the "Iff Innovation".

…definitions in A0

Substantively updates `architecture/prime-invariant.mdx` to expand the
"Process Science" and "Computational Masonry" definitions as per the TAS
Phase 1 requirements. Replaces probabilistic, narrative-driven trust semantics
with strict, deterministic engineering logic (testable invariants, inputs,
transformations, failure conditions). Specifically formalizes the "Iff
Innovation" in contrast to legacy "if" assumptions, locking the foundational
bedrock before progressing to mathematical constraints.
