Formalizes the TrueAlphaSpiral (TAS) Architectural Manifest to map the documentation corpus across four distinct phases. Additionally drafts Phase 1 (Prime Invariant Document) by formally locking in the pre-mathematical definitions for Process Science and Computational Masonry with testable invariants.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 10155784643346136715 started by @TrueAlpha-spiral

- Map the 4-phase architecture in `architecture/manifest.mdx`.
- Explicitly draft and lock in definitions for Process Science, Computational Masonry, and foundational axioms using deterministic engineering language in `architecture/prime-invariant.mdx`.
