TotalFreedomMod

TotalFreedomMod is a CraftBukkit server plugin designed primarily to support the Official TotalFreedom Minecraft Server. However, it can be used by other servers with minimal fuss.

Quick Guide

  1. Obtain a copy of TotalFreedomMod.
  2. Obtain a copy of Spigot Server
  3. Starting the server
  4. (Optional) Editing TotalFreedomMod

Obtaining TotalFreedomMod

There are two ways to obtain a copy of TotalFreedomMod. The first and easiest is to download the latest version from the releases page. By obtaining your TotalFreedomMod copy through this method, you ensure that you're always running a stable version of TFM. The second way to obtain TotalFreedomMod is by compiling it yourself.

Obtaining Spigot Server

TFM depends on Spigot to function. To obtain a copy of Spigot, follow the instructions on the BuildTools wiki page

Starting the server

Installing TotalFreedomMod is as easy as dropping it in your plugins directory on your server. You can now run Spigot.jar like this: java -jar -Xmn512M -Xmx1G Spigot.jar. Be watchful for startup errors. TFM is very verbose, so any errors will immediately be logged to the console.

Editing TotalFreedomMod

By editing TotalFreedomMod, you can customize your server's user experience to your liking. TFM is a very large and complex project. So you might find yourself lost at times. If you need help however, feel free to start an issue.
