llms/Respo.md references in Agents.md

Pull request overview
Updates Agents.md to remove dead references to deleted llms/*.md documentation and replace them with canonical CLI commands for accessing the same information.
Changes:
- Replaced two
./llms/Respo.mdlinks with an inlinecr libs readme respo.calcitcommand. - Replaced the stale
llms/*.mdglob reference withcr docs agents --full.
