Working Version for 0365 clients only

This is the first release of this fork and it is substantially different from the upstream version. This version only supports O365, it also has extensive rework on how Auth and scopes are supported to make the whole auth process understandable and intuitive. Documentation is still a work in progress with this release, but - hey - its a start.
