Bug Description

Nuclear missile launcher opening is no audible after saveload

Reproduction Steps

Wait for the nuclear missile launcher door to open, then make a savegame. You do not hear the missile launcher door opening. This is DoorOpenIdleAudio, handled by MissileLauncherBuildingUpdate.cpp
