Description
We will no longer sync a local branch
nypl/mainwith NYPL-Simplified/circulation-web:main.This change simply removes the GitHub Actions workflow that was responsible for performing the synchronization.
Motivation and Context
One June 27, 2025, NYPL provided notification via the README file that
Since they will no longer be performing any updates, there is no longer any value in syncing their repository.
