Added a new feature requested by pixie to cancel when the image isn't square and no mode is chosen Added cover and contain modes
added secondary command adminsetbadge for setting someone else's badge (manager+) added more options for image editing rewrote a part to make it easier to insert stuff if needed (by moving to batch edits) tried to edit TBH's function to implement the secondary command while responding to the right user, i don't know if it is correct -> needs checking

i included new features for the setbadge command and it has better performance
