Update the release notes and the kernel performance metrics for the SDK 11.02 J722s specific release.

Now hold on, you can't just remove all the non-j722s related information. Jacinto decided they wanted to be special and have one overview page for all their platforms. If you're going to add the information for J722S you'll have to append it to the existing doc.

This also goes for the performance data.

The 11 branch is an LTS at this point. It's for all platforms. The fact that this platform is getting a late release doesn't not change the intention of the whole branch.

Well changes are in J7 specific files, not for all platform
Second, RC13 for which this documentation is, tested only on J722S platform.
When 11.2.1 release will be rolled out, platform information and report willl be updated on which tests ran and report generated

Hi @StaticRocket , what's the expectation here ? My previous PR (which I raised against master by mistake) had all platforms included which raised questions like justification to include non J722S platforms. Hence I had to resort to keeping only the J722S which made sense to me.

There can be a discussion on whether or not the other platform information should be refreshed in this PR, but we shouldn't simply drop all the other platforms. Sorry if I missed that in the first thread.

This is admissible. In the future I hope we can fully split up this j7 family stuff to prevent these larger patches over small content updates.
