Description
Updates the learning hub dashboard to include proper documentation links and FAQ content. Also improves the searchbar UI and collapsible UX.
Documentation quicklinks have been moved next to the searchbar where they are more useful. the FAQ has been made a single vertical column. A help message has been added next to the FAQ to help with weird space proportions on large screens. The help card will sticky to approx the middle of the space when the use scrolls through the faq list.
