Added documentation page under the section Getting started -> Getting started with Tabular Editor 3 covering the purchase and activation process when purchasing Tabular Editor licenses through the Azure Marketplace.
@DBojsen , note that this branch is based out of doc-reorg-from-fork and not main. This is based on request by Daniel as there is currently a large reorganization in progress for our docs site.
Based on discussions with Daniel the goal is to launch the documentation before or together with the release of our Azure Marketplace offering. If required we could also copy the page, covering the purchase flow of licenses through the Azure Marketplace, into our current released documentation. If so, i suggest that we put this under TE3 -> Introduction
