- Introduced MATTERMOST_TEAM_ALLOW_OPEN_INVITE in .env.example and .env.dev files. - Updated README.md to document the new configuration option. - Modified config.ts to include teamAllowOpenInvite in CTFNoteConfig. - Adjusted MattermostChannelManager to utilize the new open invite setting when creating teams.
