Create draft of full_screen_exclusive

Remove VK_EXT_EXTENDED_DYNAMIC_STATE_2_EXTENSION_NAME and VK_EXT_EXTENDED_DYNAMIC_STATE_EXTENSION_NAME extensions and add all extensions for FULL_SCREEN_EXCLUSIVE
