- Updated submodule, Cocoapods, and Carthage dependency to 1.9.1
- Fixed some compile errors in Xcode 11.5 and Swift 5.2.4
- Updated recommended project settings to match Xcode 11.5
- Updated project settings to Xcode 11.5 - Converted to Swift 5
- Fixed compile error in example app
