Adds SOCRadar to the STIX/TAXII 2 Client Source documentation:
static/files/c2c/taxii-2/socradar-config.json— a sample JSON configuration for SOCRadar's STIX/TAXII 2.1 server using Basic authentication, with Discovery URLhttps://taxii2.socradar.com/taxii2/and three API roots (radar_alpha,radar_gamma,radar_premium).SOCRadar TAXII Clientto the TAXII 2 sources bullet list.support@socradar.ioor the SOCRadar Platform).Supersedes #6621 and #6622 (both submitted directly to main — this PR corrects that by using a proper feature branch).
