Improve Download Section: Added Dynamic Download Dropdown for ISO Links

Description:

This PR replaces the existing single static download button with a dynamic dropdown menu that provides direct ISO download links.
Previously, users were redirected to a mirror page, but now they can access the latest StratOS builds directly from the homepage.

Changes made:

Added a DownloadDropdown Astro component.
Integrated it alongside the existing “Go to Docs” button in the hero section.
Linked dropdown entries to the latest ISO download URLs.
Improved overall UI alignment and user experience.

Result:

Users can now easily select and download the desired StratOS ISO directly from the main page, without navigating through external mirrors.

Oh this works. Could u just align the button with the 'go to docs button' and remove the outline blue color? Those are the only changes required now, @Janmesh23 . I appreciate the work done here and am willing to merge the PR once this is done
