SS-Tools v1.0

I just wanted to puplish this tool because I challenged myself to complete it with in 48 hours soo yeah
I learnd my first programming language of my life and it's sucks because there is no tuts about batch and you need to relaize everything by yourself

-I'll update it in the next few weeks, I just need to finish my exams and then it will be a real stable tool
