This upgrades Astro, Starlight, React, and the rest of the direct dependencies to current compatible versions and regenerates the lockfile. It migrates the site from the legacy @astrojs/tailwind/Tailwind 3 setup to @tailwindcss/vite with Tailwind 4, including the Starlight-compatible CSS theme layer. It also moves content collections to Astro 6's src/content.config.ts loader API and updates the Starlight overrides and OG image route for current APIs. Verified with npm run check and npm run build.
