- Fix hallucinated @anthropic-ai/sfw package name to correct sfw
- Fix outdated nicolo-ribaudo/socket-patch-cli URLs to SocketDev/socket-patch
- Gate policy configuration to enterprise-only users
- Add per-package-manager reference tables for sfw and socket-patch
- Update CI/CD sections to reference appropriate PM runners
