Since this PR touches multiple template files and aligns with some broader documentation link updates we're working on internally, I've pulled your changes into a new branch on our side to build on top of them and keep everything consistent across all templates. The work is being tracked in PR #440. |

Description / Motivation
The
README.mdin the Next.js template forcreate-content-sdk-appcontained an outdated and incomplete documentation link (marked with a@TODOcomment indicating it needed to be updated). This change replaces the placeholder/outdated link with the correct and current documentation link for the SitecoreAI Context SDKTesting Details
Verified the updated documentation URL is valid and points to the correct Sitecore Context SDK documentation page.
