A simple and (probably) efficient JAX implementation of multivariate Legendre polynomials. In multivariate settings, the code uses tensor-products of univariate Legendre polynomials, restricted to an index set of the user's choice. Currently supports tensor-product, total degree, and hyperbolic cross index sets.
