This will publish container images for every semver tag, commit to main, or (for the repo owner) upon manual GHA trigger. Here's what this will look like once merged: https://github.com/solidDoWant/OpenArc/pkgs/container/openarc-test (but without
-test).Based on @mrelmida's workflow here, but with all steps pinned to a specific commit.
