…on, or text node. So that compiled XSL does not contain xsl:apply-templates in match templates for attributes etc. Also, allow rules with attribute contexts to work.

Recognize when context is an attribute, comment, processing instruction, or text node.
So that compiled XSL does not contain xsl:apply-templates in match templates for attributes etc.
Also, allow rules with attribute contexts to work.
