Summary

store identity master seeds in OS keychain with encrypted file fallback
remove master seed from keystore JSON and migrate legacy seeds into secure storage
add seed backup/export helpers and tests for encryption and recovery

Testing

cargo test -p zhtp seed_storage --lib (timed out during build after dependency update)
