Problem Description
There was some references to missing files in the
__init__.pyindynamics/.This PR removes the references, so that the plotting example works.
This seems to be a regression of d13b1b0#diff-07a4da472604ef1019afd0506f80eb13fc7d044e99ccfce518f78cb421f50c5b
