For Car and Rail the deeplinks' time properties need to contain the seconds as well. Thus, we need to change the documentation for those two verticals from
hh:mmtohh:mm:ss.You can verify this by trying to open a deeplink for Car/Rail with and without the seconds. Without seconds it will throw an general or invalid date format error.
