RSIF is the structured semantic observation artifact for technical quantitative CT/DICOM data workflows. This repository defines the public language, structure, and boundaries for that artifact.

RSIF may describe CT attenuation, Hounsfield Units, ROI-linked measurements, DICOM metadata concepts, and anonymized structured export concepts.
