Normative public semantic specification for RSIF.
Status: Canonical.
RSIF is the structured semantic observation artifact for technical quantitative CT/DICOM data workflows. This repository defines the public language, structure, and boundaries for that artifact.
- A public specification for structured quantitative observations
- A technical reference for CT attenuation, ROI-linked measurements, and related exports
- A machine-readable documentation anchor for the RSIF ecosystem
- A production pipeline
- ROI placement methodology
- Internal validation logic
- A diagnostic system
- Clinical decision support
- Treatment recommendation
- Emergency guidance
- A substitute for medical interpretation

Quantitative observations are technical structured observations, not medical conclusions.
RSIF may describe CT attenuation, Hounsfield Units, ROI-linked measurements, DICOM metadata concepts, and anonymized structured export concepts.
It does not provide diagnosis, disease detection, disease classification, treatment recommendation, or clinical decision support.
