Refactor path handling for cross-platform robustness

  • Introduced src/code_trajectory/path_utils.py for centralized, OS-agnostic path operations.
  • Updated recorder.py, trajectory.py, watcher.py, and server.py to use path_utils.
  • Implemented robust is_subpath check using pathlib to handle symlinks and edge cases.
  • Enforced POSIX path format for Git interactions to prevent Windows compatibility issues.
