This is higly reduced in functionality solution for ticket #132, based on previous changes and PR #160, which moves slider widget into project widget and replaces project view when sliders widget is selected.
I still believe, that solution suggested in PR #160 is higly superior and should be selected after small improvements, but this one can be accepted as transitional
