重大bug

我做串口 新建任务 自动析构任务，一直往复循环，时不时发生新建的任务丢失，list sem 没有阻塞，ps任务在运行，监控rt_thread_ready_priority_group这个变量 任务组的bit位消失。才发现这个双向链表rt_list_isempty函数有问题， 这个函数逻辑上肯定是有问题的，先把这个patch打上。
