rt_vsprintf size 参数是不限制输出长度的格式化打印函数，>> 1 会把最大长度砍半，这个目的是什么呢？

标准库上vsnprintf是限制最大输出长度的，不能超过RSIZE_MAX，我编译的时候编译器会报specified bound 4294967295 exceeds maximum object size 2147483647 [-Wformat-truncation=]

我又查了下，vsnprintf不限制长度，有个扩展类型的vsnprintf_s才限制RSIZE_MAX，还要开一些宏__STDC_WANT_LIB_EXT1__。gcc不支持这些扩展的，不知道为什么会报这个警告
