bsp: k230: add flashsd script

添加一个脚本 flashsd.sh 来调用 rttpkgtool 的 sdcard.sh。该脚本封装了对 rttpkgtool 的检查和下载功能，并调用 ./script/sdcard.sh。新脚本避免打印 sdcard.sh 的输出，而是根据封装后的逻辑进行输出，因此用户无需学习如何使用 sdcard.sh。
新建一个 utils.sh 脚本，将公共的函数提取到这里。

更新 README.md。
