Restructure the documentation to group related content under Source Datastores and introduce Operations subsections for both Source Datastores and Containers, preparing the navigation for future feature documentation (e.g., Promote). Source Datastores reorganization: - Move Add Datastores (25 JDBC/DFS datastore docs + Connections) into Source Datastores as top-level items - Group Catalog, Profile, Scan, External Scan under Operations - Group settings pages under Datastore Settings - Group Right Click Options, Assign Tags under Navigation & Organization Container reorganization: - Rename Enrichment Operation to Operations (Export, Materialize) Asset restructuring: - Move all related assets into docs/assets/source-datastores/ with matching subdirectory structure (add-datastores, operations, datastore-settings, navigation-and-organization) - Move container operation assets into docs/assets/container/operations/ - Remove -light suffix from 950+ asset filenames (dark mode only) Maintenance: - Update 500+ image paths across all affected documentation files - Fix internal cross-references in ~20 external docs - Add 44 URL redirects to preserve all existing external links

This PR adds comprehensive Datastore Grouping documentation, updates permission tables across security pages to include Field Status and Grouping features, reorganizes source datastore image assets, and fixes broken internal links.
